This is a really good yet gentle face scrub that leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft. Most of all moisturized. it is not drying at all. It is a bit on the pricey side, but a small amount is only needed and goes a long way. This jar will last for awhile

This face scrub contains some good quality natural ingredients. It's very effective in polishing my skin and feels so smooth and hydrated afterwards. Although it works great I have to say that it is a little pricey for the small 2oz jar. Especially being that it's a product that is cleansed off the skin right away.

The heading really contains my main impression. It's just "ok." I like the packaging, it is kind of rustic with dents in the lid and a kind of "grittiness" when taking the lid on and off (you can hear it). I guess it's just the look they're going for, cause other folks commented about a similar appearance when they received their product. In terms of actual results after use, I didn't really notice much difference? My skin more or less felt the same before and after, so it wasn't more moisturized but it wasn't dried out either. The product itself is gel-like in consistently and containing little beats that supposedly help with exfoliating. When putting it on, it does not lather or bubble at all. It feels like putting a gel mask on, in fact. The smell is fine, it's like a mild sweetness. Overall, I don't dislike this product, but I don't particularly like it either. It's just "ok."

* I am in my early 30s with sensitive acne-prone skin with very very dry patches. It has a slight chemical scent but overall unscentedMy Impression:- When Applied: The jelly part seems to melt away when applied, the scrub beads are pretty small, which means that it can be harsher than those with larger round beads. Definitely don't overdo it! I just applied this in circular motion for maybe a minute.- Afterwards: I haven't felt any issues with irritation, redness, burning and this hasn't caused any breakouts for me.Conclusion:- Overall? I think this is a pretty nice scrub that really helped out my super dry, flaky skin without causing too much irritation.

I have very fair and sensitive skin, so when I first felt this product I was worried about using it on my face. The polish feels like it has fine sand paper in it. I tried a bit on my cheek without any reaction, so I used it on my entire face. The polish does feel very good and makes your skin bright, but I could never use this on a regular basis. This polish is not made for my sensitive skin, but I do like it a lot.

Arrived all shattered. Luckily didn’t get my hand cut… hard to see the half side of the glass jar was gone in the picture. Half of the stuff were in the envelop and some is covering the outside of the whole jar. Wasn’t able to try any of it. Had to dispose it right away. Disappointment!

The soothing polish does a fantastic job giving my face and neck a gentle exfoliation. My skin feels soft and smooth after using. Like another reviewer mentioned, the lid on my jar was also beat up - not a huge issue because the product was fine, but an annoyance. I also would prefer if it were in a different container with a pump - I don't like having to dip my finger in to get the product.

I've been using the Luminous Moisturizer from Round Barn Apothecary and have been really happy with it. So, I was excited to give this Soothing Polish a try.I, above all else, look for clean ingredients when purchasing makeup and skincare. The jojoba beads are such a unique physical exfoliant - a fantastic swap for micro-beads. This polish leaves my skin feeling soft and clean.I'm really happy with this Soothing Polish from Round Barn Apothecary and highly recommend it!
