Yes. The polycarbonate sheet can be slipped out and replaced while the brackets remain in place

Do you have longer than 120cm W ?

Yes, we have products longer than 120cm. You can slide to the bottom of the product introduction. We provide a comparison of six products with different lengths and materials. You can click on the product pictures to view.

Could this help prevent my door from becoming hot (as can’t lock it due to heat expansion).

This is mainly decorative and may keep door from getting wet a little bit. However it has nothing to do with cooling door etc. The only way to stop door from expanding is to paint it or stain it when door is totally dry.

Can you get replacement Perspex?

B&Q do replacement sheets. I went with the slightly more expensive clear sheet and fitted fine. They do two types and came out no much difference in price to a new unit. You tend to pay for the cover itself rather than the brackets with these type things
