Kathy Smith Advanced Kettlebell Solution Includes 10-Pound and 15-Pound Kettlebells

I purchased the CD and the 10 and 15 lb kettle bell. I was looking for a short work out to vary with the 21 day fit workouts I use. While this workout is ok, I feel like some of the moves are not safe for beginners and Kathy doesn't tell you which weights you should start out with. The kettle bells were packaged very well (considering their weight and bulk) and were not damaged in transit

Love this set. The bells are a nice change from the cast-iron type, love the 'soft' effect....makes me want to use them more often :)The bells weigh exactly what they are advertised to ( as opposed to the lighter set that did not ( see my review). The video is the same workouts as for the lighter set.I highly recommend these bells. Nothing like a bell workout to get you sweating and burning FAT. :)

The only thing that disappointed me the most about this kit was that it came with the same instructional DVD as the beginners kit.

Very good work out kit, clear instructions and the kettle balls are great.
