Holy hair, skin and nails growth, Batman! I was not too sure. These would actually work to help care and nails be healthy, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s not an instant thing, but after a while of taking them hair is stronger nails grow longer, I am quite impressed.

Fantastic quality product. Had some issues with my eyelashes and nails and I needed to strengthen them - this fit the bill. With a couple of weeks I noticed a difference. Has Noticeably Reduced My Hair Fallout
I have been having a lot of hair loss that has caused my hair to be noticeably thinner, not just by me, but others have commented on it. I started taking this product for roughly a month and I there has been a noticeable reduction in hair fallout. I had been using a different biotin supplement that usually worked for me, but I believe my current hair fallout is related to diet and I thought to try a supplement with "keratin". This product works. I give four stars because I think it would have worked faster/better had the biotin been higher.
