Quality leather and craftsmanship. Very pleased with this piece

I bought this once before and lost it because I left it on a train in Europe. So I bought it again. I love the look, and it's very comfortable and practical with the fold-down ear flaps.

I really like the hat but the sizing is difficult. I first ordered the 7 1/2 to 7 5/8. I am a little bigger than 71/2 so thought this would be perfect. When I put it on and I felt like I was wearing Goliath's hat. It had to be at least a size 8. The other thing difficult is that you order by regular hat size but it comes as XXL. Consistency would be nice.Sent it back and ordered the next size down. As expected, it is a bit small. I'm trying to stretch it which is taking time. I do love the look and quality of it.

My husband gets so many compliments on this hat. Leather is soft and comfortable.

This cap goes perfect with my leather jacket.

Well made of great quality leather. I bought two. One black and one tan orange. The black one goes very nice with my Schott leather cafe racer jacket and also with my Levis trucker denim jacket. The tan orange color cap goes great with my 1970's wide lapel fight club coat. Both have a great shape that makes them look as if it cost much more than they did. I've gotten several compliments on both and tan orange one also matches my Dr. Martens oak tan Torrino shoes. I bought a size XL which fit my 23.25" circumference head perfectly. I did take a seam ripper and removed the ear flap piece from both caps because I will never use them. I like the round, screened vents on the side which both cool my head and look stylish. I've worn it on hot days and cold days and it is comfortable for both. The only thing that I didn't like was the giant metal "Lethmik" tab that they placed on the side so I took a straight edge razor blade and pried back the bars holding the plate and removed it. It looks much better without the name.

I ordered a black and an orange of this hat, both in size large. The orange fit like it was custom made to my head. The black fit the diameter of my head fine, however, it did not have enough material above the band to keep it on my head. It would pop up every time I put it on because the top of my head pressed at the top of the hat. The orange one did not have that problem. I would give the orange one 5 stars and the black one 0 stars, so I compromised in my rating.In regards to the hat itself, it is made for cold weather. Not only does it have the pull-down flaps, but it is also insulated. It will be quite warm in the winter. I am excited to wear the orange one outside, as I like winters. I would not suggest this hat for warm weather or even for wearing indoors unless you are the type person that is always cold. (or has a bald head)While I am very disappointed that one of the two hats (of the exact same size) was made incorrectly, I really like the one that was made well. And I still want a black leather hat. Therefore, I will order a similar black hat that does not have the flaps in the hopes that it will be made correctly. I would have sent the black one back for a replacement, but I was afraid that it might have come from a bad run and I would be back with another bad hat.With that being said, I previously read a review from a man that had a similar problem with a leather hat from the same company and that one did not have flaps. It may simply be a quality control problem with the cuts of leather and how they are stitched together. If the next black hat from this company has the same problem, then I will return that one too and order from another company.One other thing, if the manufacturer is reading these reviews; I do not like that metal emblem. In order for it to be attached, you cut two slits in the hat. That could lead to a ripped hat or rust forming on the metal inside when a person's head sweats. Leave the logo off.

My husband lost the first one that we purchased some years ago. He called and asked if I could find another one just like the first one. Thankfully, they were still available on Amazon! My husband wanted two this time to ensure that he always had one with him. They are great hats!!

I love the color, I match it with different out fit.High quality, nice looking and great for winter.The size is always the same and accurate but some times the hats come longer, so if your head is small and it comes longer it might not look good on you as it happened with me! I returned and tried another one!

Good quality soft and comfortable fit.

This is my 14th Lethmik leather cap since 2016, all bought brand new through Amazon, I have them all in the collection and the vast majority are excellent in every way. However, since mid 2019, the Lethmik quality control has diminished in the manufacturing process. This is by far the worst hat I have in my collection in terms of quality. The finish is terrible!There are stitching snags all over the cap and I have spent over 2 hours trying to unpick and finish off the cap carefully by hand. What a let down, this hasn't just mistakenly slipped through the quality control net, this is indicative of Lethmik 'milking' what used to be a good reputation. This is the 3rd Lethmik lether cap I have bought through the Amazon Global Store in the past 6 months that has had faults. I returned the other two, one had manufacturing cutting and pencil marks all over it that you couldn't get out, the other had a hole in the leather the size of a 50p coin!ITS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.I can't believe Amazon.com and the Amazon Global Store when acting on behalf of Amazon.co.uk would dispatch a product in such a state as this!
