Be prepared to pay a cycle mechanic to complete build
I bought two of these, my husband who is a HGV fitted had several problems trying to complete the build, he couldn’t get the forth screw out of the power box so the electrics wouldn’t connect, the throttle wouldn’t go together to fit onto the handle bar and we couldn’t get the folding mechanism to fold, I requested to return the bikes for these reasons and although they were delivered from the UK the company told me I would have to pay to return them to China, I asked Amazon to help me get them returned but I had no response from them,The bikes are very nice looking, nicer than any we had looked at so I decided to pay a professional to build them for us and get them running as they should, he has done that and even though he eventually got the bikes to fold we find it too difficult and are unable to manage it, we are in our mid 60s, but that shouldn’t make any difference, the bikes are NOT lightweight as it claims so our plans to fold our bikes up and put in the back of our car are properly scupperedYou can buy these cheaper direct from the supplier

The instructions to build bike were very poor
The media could not be loaded. I took the bike to a shop to assemble and they couldn’t fix the bike

Joy ride
I purchased this bike to replace my non-foldable mountain bike. I’m an avid cyclist but strapped for space. It came mostly assembled. The instructions can be understood if read patiently, but i YouTubed how to build it. The hardest part was connecting the throttle as access to controller is hard and you need a long Philips head screw driver. In the end it was all worth it when I got this baby on the road. Only caveat is I think I’m going to never actually cycle with my legs as it’s too awesome using the motor. It’s a very sturdy bike, solid, and durable. But it does weigh a lot and lugging around tight corridors won’t be a chore. Once you get the hang of it, things should be fine. I had to try different ways of carrying it. Additionally the handle bars can only be folded if you unscrew the top part of the handle bar frame. It’s not big issue but at one point I over loosened the bars and the metal piece that secures the handle bars fell inside and was hell to get out once I accidentally put pressure on the handle bars when they resisted moving to the side.It came professionally package, every piece was packed up nicely and easily unpackaged. You also get all the tools you need (even this cute little dismantlable screw driver but I recommenced a long one if you will use the throttle).Overall a great piece of technology, enjoyable to ride, will help in a lot of things. No regrets.Cons are the breaks need adjusting as despite my grip being strong and firm, the bike won’t stop but rather continues for a bit in contrast to my other bikes that stop immediately with the tires skidding. Maybe this is just something I’m particular about but I take breaks very seriously and need them responsive and till absolutely stopIf full breaking power is applied. If you’re a heavy rider, be cautious as I had some issues with the suspension while going down pavements on to a road.

Cycling made easier and fun.
Bought a couple of these for me and my partner, to go on adventures and actual exercise. We don’t get the chance to cycle very often and being in my fifties hills and any effort getting out of breath and usually pushing it up hills or slopes wasn’t much fun. But this bike was a game changer for us, we cycled 20 miles using the power assist and I never once got out of breath making it actual fun to ride, sometimes I just use it without the power assist and just use the throttle for assist up hills or where I need it. I wasn’t sure if the lower voltage would be any good, but for the price and amount we use them they are perfect and the battery seems to last really well which was something else I was a little weary of. We found that after our 20 mile journey using power assist all the way that we only used half the battery. We are hoping to fold them to put on the car at some point going further a field which we haven’t done yet, they do seem really heavy so lifting may not be as easy as a regular bike, but folding is great idea and even peddles push up making them easier to stack next to each other in the garage. The only thing that could cause a problem is that the power assist still goes for couple of seconds after you brake, so as long as you give the same carefully mindset you do as your driving it’s not a problem, and when there’s 2 of you cycling together don’t get to close as they really shift and you could easily rear end the other if the front person suddenly stops like i kept doing.
