I use this for my home business it works great. My only complaint is that it came with a needle already in the gun and and it was broken but luckily it had extras so not a big deal really. Oh and the lid cover piece doesn't stay attached very well. Overall decent product for decent money.

Arrived on time. Packaged well but no instructions was included.

Came scuffed and dirty. Clearly an old and/or used product. Should have listened to the other reviews. Didn’t try it out because I didn’t want to be stuck with it.

Perfect and simple tag gun. It works as expected and is so simple and easy to use. Packaging is simple and no instructions were included, but it was pretty obvious as I had seen the instructions on the listing before buying.

Received tag gun obviously used with wear marks, scuffs, and a weird stain. The green plastic piece of a needle was already broken and stuck inside, also. It's a simple tool, though, and worth the amount paid after cleaning it up, I guess.

It has a gash on the top right out of the package , jams with every tag and button jams.

I have tried to use this label gun over and over again but the plastic barbs get jammed in the gun every time I use it. They needle also projectiles out of the gun when it jams. This product is frustrating and makes working difficult, since you have to re insert the barbs everytime.

Product arrived quick but when I opened the first needle was bent. After 20 mins ofTrying to change the needle , which is very dangerous. It still did not work. Half the needle was stuck in the gun. Needle falls out everytime you punch it. Just spend a bit extra on a nicer quality gun.
