Hopnel HDKC Large Cooler

Not exactly a tailored fit for Harley Baggers. Seems of decent construction, but there are some weird flaps of excess material inside. There's not much room for food or drink due to the thickness of the bag walls, excess material, and overall size/shape not conforming well to a Harley saddle bag. I agree with some reviewers in that the bag should be placed into the saddle bag and then filled, otherwise you'll be dumping a lot of stuff out in order to make it fit. The frozen water-bottle method is better than Ice as you can drink the water later and they will allow for some flexibility.Update. Just got back from a 4000+mile ride and I have to say, this cooler worked pretty darn well. I put four frozen water bottles in with my food/drinks and everything was reasonably cold at the end of some pretty long days; one in excess of 1000 miles (15hrs). I used regular ice on one leg oft he trip and it didn't leak a drop. I'm a fan.

Haven't actually used it yet. Is the perfect size to carry 10+ bottles or cans and snacks or ?. I will use several ice packs to keep cold. I bought several that are divided into 3 sections and are flexible enough to put 3 or 4 around the perimeter and keep everything cold. I tried it out for fit and fits perfect in my saddlebag and being soft sided, depending how full it is packed, there is still room to squeeze in a few small items. For long trips it collapses to allow more storage for more important items. I will mainly use for day trips to have drinks handy for stops along the way. The bag is well built, very strong and the lining looks to be waterproof. Has great carry handles with velcro strap to make one solid grip. Also has an adjustable, padded and removable shoulder strap so you can park, remove the cooler from the saddlebag and take with you. Highly recommended for rides on a hot summer day!

This Kooler Saddlebag is awesome. I bought this to have cold drinks and keep my husbands insulin chilled during rides.First, I tested the bag in the garage over night.. with 2 ice packs, bottle of water from the frig. The temperature in the garage was85* after 14 hours the water was still cold and ice packs still had frozen ice left. WOW amazing resultsSecond, We took a 4 day motorcycle trip. I packed the Kooler with the 2 ice packs, 1 frozen bottle of water and 2 unfrozen bottles of water. We ride in 101*-105* temps each day. It took 19 hours for the frozen water bottle to unthaw. We always had cold drinks and no problem keeping the insulin at the correct temperatures during the whole trip.I highly recommend this Kooler to anyone. I passed the most extreme test and gave Amazing results.

Well constructed and keeps my items cool during my entire shift. As others have said, sometimes you get a bag with what appears to be extra material on the inside. Mine has this, but it doesn't bother me enough to send it back. The bag works well and I'm satisfied. I haven't used loose ice cubes, but I understand it won't leak if you do. I use reusable ice packs, and they work really well.It's easy to overload the bag such that it won't drop into the saddlebag. Put the bag in the saddlebag before you load large objects.Also, the shoulder strap has a rubber-like backing which makes it stay put on your shoulder.

I have a 1997 road king and the shock mount intrudes a little into the bag. Makes it hard to load cooler then put it in the bag. I just leave it in bag works well mine did not leak keeps beer cold. In my bike i can get maybe 20 cans (due to said issue). Good product for the money.

I bought one from another merchant here on Amazon for the hubs and then bought this one (a little cheaper)as a gift for one of his bros. This fit an 09 Road Glide and an 11 Street Glide's hard saddle bags with no problem and both guys absolutely love them. Bigger than any of the others you'll find and holds much more than just six drinks as you see on most saddle bag coolers. Keeps items ICE COLD!!!! We live in Texas, trust me, it's been put to the test this summer. FYI-Either dump ice at the end of the day or remove from the bags when done because item is not waterproof and once the ice melts, the liquid will seep slowly through the cooler and into your saddle bags. Would recommend product and merchant, fast shipping and competitive price make it a no-brainer. Would not hesitate to buy again.

A little bulky for its size because of the amount of insulation they use. With that being said it does keep your drinks cold. It’s smaller than the HD model, but it gives you a little more room in the saddle bag for other things. It’s size does limit the amount of drinks and ice as compared to the HD model, which a friend of mine has. Half the cost, but it works for us

Wanted a cooler that would fit in the saddle bag of my 2017 Road Glide Ultra and this one fit the bill. It is a bit smaller than the saddle bag but that is ok since I can still fit a few more items in there like my portable air compressor and batter/jump starter battery. I use a couple of bottles of frozen water to keep it cool and even after 5 hours most of the water is still frozen. It has enough space to get what we need in there.
