I LOVE THESE! Doctor said to take fiber. Hated that orangy drink stuff. These taste sooooo good and have "fixed my body issue". They taste so good I NEVER forget to take them. I have malabsorption issues but digest these with no issues. Great Texture. Easy to Use. (I mean these are terrible. Leave them for me.😏)

If you are on any of the weight loss drugs like mounjaro or ozempic, you want to take these!! They are a lifesaver. Much better than the powder fiber options, and they make a nice evening snack. Lol

These are my favorite, and I've tried so many. They're not too sticky, not too hard, great flavor, and they work well. I don't "feel full" but I also don't have that empty hungry feeling, either. If you're new to fiber supplements I highly suggest starting with 1 a day and increase it every week or two otherwise you may feel a lot of discomfort and think it's not working. It takes your body time to adjust to an increase in fiber (any fiber), so take it slow!

Useful for adults and kids
These are great fiber gummies for adults or kids. I have used them for some time now and really put them to use when i was pregnant and delivering my three kids. They are easy to chew, unlike some of the gummies I have gotten in the past. I also bite them in half and let my 5 and 2 year olds have them. My favorite fiber gummy by far.
