I LOVE these!!!! They don't stick to my teeth, taste good, quick energy, easy to open, similar price to other chews, come in lots of flavors. If you are using for longer runs, empty the packets into lil plastic bag cuz the air in the original packets takes up a lot of room in vest.

I LOVE these chews...and I usually hate chewing things while I run! Skratch Labs chews are so soft and don't have the usual sticky mouth-feel of energy gummies. The sour cherry flavor is delicious and not "medicinal" as some cherry flavored things can be. These are a great addition to my rotation of running fuel and I will keep on buying these!

Taste good and prevent hand and leg cramping and headaches on long, hot mtb rides. The orange has a pleasant aftertaste. Not cheap, but they work.
