Great in opening/closing while pouring oils. Vinegar 'aromas' however will slowly escape & not be sealed in. Not very good when using with syrups, ...weighted-lid get stuck in closed position initially.

Very nice pourer, however, it does not fit a regular bottle of olive oil and that was what I was looking for. The rubber stopper needs to be large.
