There is always a way to get beer to your face, but to answer your question, yes there are hand holes. There is enough room to grip a beer even without the hole though. And you could always enhance the costume by adding Edward 40 Hands (duct taping 40s to each hand).

The penguin body piece is a pull over. You will need to wear black leggings or sweatpants underneath it as they do not come as part of the costume.

Yes there are! The costume allows for easy access for getting your hands and feet out.

There are hand holes! Although truthfully, there is enough space inside that part of the suit that you really don't have to utilize them.
