Good product
Not sure if related but since I have been taking these, my appetite has been suppressed & I'm not binge eating. I has lost a few pounds which is great. The only reason I put a 3 ☆ for "easy to swallow" is because I have Diverticulosis & the capsule gets stuck in a pocket in my throat.

Helps with swelling
I actually give this to my pup - she has an aural hematoma on her ear and it was very swollen and NOT going down. Started giving her this and turmeric and I think it’s working?? I forgot a couple of days and the swelling came back so I started giving it to her again and it’s already gone down. Must be one of the two?
