Have tried the Vanilla, Mocha, and Hazelnut, both as super espresso and super coffee. The very first sip, the very first time, I was a little surprised- had almost a coconut taste. A friend told me that’s the taste of monk fruit, but I have no idea if that’s true. Drank a few more sips and decided I liked it well enough.Well…I now LOVE the taste. It reminds me a bit of Starbucks energy coffee drinks without the artificial taste. I feel alert but not shaky, and honestly don’t drink them anymore for the caffeine, but because I like them. If you get the super coffee, rather than the super espresso, it’s a bit more filling just because there’s more to drink. So very grateful to have found super coffee. It feels like cheating on keto, but it isn’t - and has totally helped me keep on track, as it is like a sweet treat. Definitely worth trying!

If you’re like me and don’t want to spend all your fat macros on liquids, this is a great way to go for a jolt. I used to be one of those folks that would pour tons of cream in her coffee and then wonder why I wasn’t making much progress in my regimen. With these drinks you’re not using up all your fat macros on liquids (saves them for actual meals) AND you still get some high quality protein and MCT oil. I thought it would taste “watery” and “thin” but somehow it tastes like a healthified Starbucks frappe drink, and without all the processed and sugary garbage.One day I’ll splurge and get a monthly subscription but for now its a tasty treat- especially when I’m going through those busier seasons of life and need something on the go.

I have tried so many canned espresso and by far this is my favorite. Best ingredients and best energyboost. However, it has been an ongoing issue with availability. I used to buy this at sprouts, that wentaway, and now it's challenging to find it online and not see this, "out of stock" "currently unavailable"The 12oz super coffee is always available everywhere. But this is not espresso and really really sweetflavors. You might as well eat a candy bar. Maybe it's time to switch to starbucks canned light creamespresso. Unfortunate, alittle high in sugar and doesn't taste as good. But at least it's available allthe time and not as expensive.

I absolutely love this espresso! Not too sweet , just a hint of vanilla for flavoring but not so much as to cover up the coffee flavor. Gives you tons of energy without the jitters or sugar withdrawal ( 0g of sugar ) . It may sound weird, but I also get a feeling of " well-being , happy " .The texture is a bit flat , which I think is because of the mct oil , but other than that it's great, I'll never go back to Starbucks.

I’m sorry guys, I know it’s hard work and takes a huge amount of effort to bring a product to market, but this I think it would be a wise investment to spend a little more time. In its current form this is not a more attractive alternative to water and a caffeine bullet or two. The product tastes so overpoweringly of artificial sweeteners that it’s tricky to even finish a can. I can’t think of anything I’ve really drunk for a year or two that’s harder to get down. Really strange stuff, I sincerely hope you go back to the drawing board and spend more time taste testing. I would love a well priced, strong, pre-mixed keto coffee drink. It doesn't have to be amazing but it does have to be drinkable.

I have purchased the Kito super expresso caramel flavor many times from grocery stores. Unfortunately, sometimes they weren't in stock. Buying them in bulk through Amazon was a blessing. I add it to my morning coffee as it enhances the flavor and I get a little morning boost. When I received my order the outside packaging was great in each case. However, as I unwrapped them, many of the cans were dented. This is why I gave an overall rating of 3 stars.

The caramel flavored ones taste really naturally good, and I like how it's sweetened with monk fruit instead of a whole bunch of added sugar. They give me a good amount of energy but the only complaint is that they don't have a low/no caffeine version (as far as I'm aware) cause these things taste too freakin' good to just have one!
