SHAPERMINT High-Waisted Shaper Boyshort - Shaping Underwear for Women - High Compression Tummy Control Shorts for Women

I am currently 5’5 weighing 200 pounds. I usually wear L/XL. I ordered a Medium I was a little nervous but It sucked it all in without feeling like you can’t breathe, eat, or drink. This one is also true to size. Yes you can still get your normal size and it will be super comfortable but you won’t feel much compression it will only smooth the belly fat appearance. I did notice that the shorts part will roll up especially if you have thicker thighs like me but the most important thing works I just need see will it help when I get fully dressed. I can trim the shorts if I need to because I am not sending them back. I’m wearing them with a jumpsuit…So I recommend going a size smaller than your normal size if that helps.

I am in love with this shape wear. I have 3 other brands of shape wear and this one is by far the best support for my mid section. The fabric is lightweight and stretchy but whatever they use in the center is amazing bc it holds everything together tightly without being uncomfortable. My other shapewear isn't as strong. This is like fabric of shape wear but the support of a corset. The only thing I don't like is the cut of the shorts, they do roll up a little and bunch up in the crotch, the ones that go down to my thighs don't do any of that. I wear this all day at work for about 14 hours a day and it never rolls down at the top. However I did wear it once outside of work for about 2 hours and I couldn't keep it up, it roll up at the bottom and down at the top, not sure why it acted so different, maybe it wasn't on just right or maybe it just needed to be washed not sure but I do see why some reviews complain about this.

While the material seems great, I got the size that I was and immediately had issues with it rolling down, no matter how hard I tried to pull it up correctly it kept rolling down to a massive bunch and it was incredibly uncomfortable

Had baby 1 yr ago, still have a pooch (tbf I have NOT exercised as much as I should lol).4'11", 140lb - tried them of over my granny panties (do not recommend , will look lumpy haha) then over a thong (much better profile) because there is no liner (not sure if there should be one??).I was really looking for something to smooth out the fupa and back fat, but alas it was either one or the other (and I am aware this product isn't supposed to go up to the bra, I was just hopeful). BUT even when adjusting to smooth out the back OR the fupa - still did not provide a ton of support (like... No smoothing at all).Also, I bought the medium and large... Well the medium was DEFINITELY worn cause 1) it smelled like laundry detergent (thought it was just perfumed), 2) is missing the tags!! Yes, there are tags, cause the large size has them! And 3) was looser than the large (I opened and tried on the large after the medium to see if I would have better coverage, even if the compression would be less) -_-Might be the company has the same product number for one type of shapewear and relies on the inner product tag / label to differentiate sizes, but I thought it was really weird that the two sizes have the same product code (cause with compression socks, that is not the case)

I already had 2 of these that I had gotten directly from Shapermint’s website. I LOVED those! So I saw these offered here on Amazon, and to the naked eye look like the exact same thing: same legit Brand name, same product name, same fabric description, etc. BUT when I received this from Amazon, the feel of the fabric and fit were NOT the same as my original Shapermints that I already had and had fallen in love with. These ones from Amazon fit much looser, and the fabric felt thinner and less “sturdy”/thick. Basically the quality and “hold” strength felt very sub-par what I was used to from my originals from the Shapermint site. Upon further inspection, I realized the Amazon Shapermint fabric material was actually 90% Polyamide & 10% Elastane. This is DIFFERENT from the ‘same’ products available direct from Shapermint. The ones direct from Shapermint are made of Nylon & Spandex = so I was correct in that the direct Shapermint ones were indeed a lot thicker and that material held tighter and felt a lot more of substantial quality. However, Amazon’s description of the fabric makeup listed theirs as indeed Nylon/Spandex - This was WRONG and misleading. The ones ordered from Amazon are really Polyamide/Elastane. Just beware. If you’re looking for a quality feel, and sturdier fit, order directly from Shapermint. I included pics here of what the one I received from Amazon: Polyamide/Elastane in reality, even though the description incorrectly states Nylon/Spandex. I much prefer the sturdier and higher quality Nylon/Spandex ones, so I returned the Polyamide/Elastane ones back to Amazon, and re-ordered the higher quality ones directly from Shapermint - received those and am much much happier!

Very happy with these. I needed them for formal event. Served the purpose and were very comfortable. Stayed in place. Did not roll down.

Fits around the stomach but rides… deep.The rubber grips around the legs/shirts serve no purpose and will roll up. Creates an unwelcome, intimate and deep wedgie that cannot be discreetly corrected.

Thick upper material, as intended to smooth out belly button area for my bridesmaid dress! Satin and chiffon materials are not forgiving. This makes it look appropriate. Size chart was just as described. Basically order what size high waisted leggings you would buy and it will fit perfectly. I wear size large leggings, I ordered a size large. Very snug, but I can breathe, move, bend over, squat down without being uncomfortable and the material doesn't roll down, there's a band of non slip silicone at the top that holds it in place and will stay secure as I warm up. Smooths my womanly bobbly bits. And a great price. I'm happy.
