I really don’t care for drinking any kind of protein shakes but the flavor of Vanilla Caramel got me curious. Happily surprised at how tasty it is even in just water. It mixes well, too. And it’s very filling.

It helps me lose 10lbs.

I got this flavor because chocolate was unavailable. The flavor is ok but overpowering & too sweet. It’s expensive & I didn’t want to waste it. I mixed in 2 tsp Hershey’s cocoa powder & it was very good. If you add 2 tbsp it tastes like dark chocolate. My mixture is 12 oz water & 2 oz 2% milk. Very creamy & tasty.

I used it with an intermittent fasting (18-8) schedule as the first meal on the day to break the fast. It works well as a high protein, nutritious, light first food following 18 hours of fasting. I plan to incorporate it into my routine to drop my weight & correct my metabolic dysfunction. I'm 72 years old but I still have been losing weight at the rate of 2 pounds per week & not feeling hungry.

When I read the ingredients, I thought to myself, "well here's something that might be worth the price" but I just couldn't tell any difference between this "special" powder at $45 a pop than the others I tried that were about half that price and with not as many, if any, enhancing ingredients.I used 3 other protein powders, some plant based, some whey, both organic and conventional ingredients, over the last few months that cost around $22-$25 and the results were the same.Also the Caramel taste is overwhelming and they should have just stuck with a basic vanilla powder. I don't expect my powders to taste like milkshakes but this is below my already reduced taste expectations.I've lost close to 25 lbs in 4 months by replacing one meal a day with protein shakes but unfortunately this one didn't make more of a dent than any other. I won't be buying it again at that price since there was no noticeable difference with anything from other powders.

At first I thought it had a nice flavor, but I soon felt like I had a sugar high. I couldn't sleep that night. I tried four additional days before cancelling my subscription. Every day it made me nauseous because of an overpoweringly sweet after taste.

My GF makes this shake every morning with cappuccino coffee powder and absolutely loves this. Get caffeine and meal replacement shake all in one. Amazing

Chalky taste. I got the vanilla and was dissatisfied with the taste. I also felt that it didn’t make me feel full when used as a meal replacement. I can’t get it to blend properly by just using a blender bottle.
