Makita E-01389 Impact XPS™ 12" Magnetic Insert Bit Holder

Made with good materials. Everything is straight, and it has a good length for reaching back into hard to reach areas. The bit holding sleeve isn't as thick in diameter as some others either. It has a very strong magnet with good bit retention. It should last me a very long time as I only plan to use it in my hand driver. I now have all 3 sizes.

I like that it holds bits tight and they don’t fall out when working in tight spaces. I use it to remove Phillips head and zip screws on commercial coolers to remove condenser coils. I had one and lost it so I purchased 3 different sizes for different applications. Good product , good value for the money.

Perfect for getting in hard to reach places. Use it commercially in a 1/4 inch impact and it's holding up nicely.

They are great at first but didn't last that long. I used the entire pack screwing deck boards to a 20' x 12' deck. Not too disappointed.. but thought the higher priced bits would last a little bit longer before rounding off..

Just completed tearing carpet, padding and staples out of 3 bedrooms. Because of squeaks in the subfloor I needed to drive quite a few deck screws into the floor to hopefully quiet them. Using my mechanics stool with wheels and this extension meant I would not have to drive them in on my knees. Saved my back and knees.

I've run into numerous occasions over the years where I needed a longer bit holder but I didn't have one. Instead if jury-rigged multiple extensions together and made it work. This is so cheap, there is no reason to do all that and it works much better. I find myself using it more often now that I've got it. Classic example of having the right tool for the job making everything easier. I've beaten it up quite a bit and it just keeps working.

Easy to use and tough enough to get the job done. The length gets into tight places and the magnetic end hold bolts or bits well.

The price was right and it's strong and the magnet works great! Good buy!!

Looks straight but since is as a foot long, I can see it wobble when I use it on my XGT 40v impact. Built quality and price is great though.
