I usually use the John Frieda Lightening Spray; I have been using it for years. Couldn’t get my hands on it so decided to try this one.Pros: it initially smells better than JF. (Smells sane once hair is dry, although not as strong)Makes hair blonder than JF.Cons: takes longer to turn blonde - a lot of days of being orange firstDoesn’t seem to target roots properly. With JF I can spray on roots and it will turn same colour as rest of hair. This keeps turning rest of hair blonder.In short, I think I’ll go back to JF, but this does the job if you want really blonde hair. I did not see a massive difference on my hair to be honest. I followed the instructions and I’ve used it a few times, even finished the bottle and I can’t see any difference on the colour of my hair.

Not gonna lie didn’t expect much for the price but am surprisingly impressed it does lighten your hair! And as a natural brunette who’s currently blonde an struggles to get it that way this has helped a Hell of a a lot and helped curb a lot of the damage. Honestly if u enjoy dying your hair blonde or gradually adding blonde to your hair plesse get this at first I was sceptical bc it says minimum order 4 bottles but now I’m glad coz I don’t have to order again for ages and defo would as very happy with the product 10/10

Having previously used John frieda lightening spray for a long time, I can honestly say I will stick with this brand instead in the future. Easy to use, has a much more pleasant smell, and much more noticeable results after the first use. If anything I would say to be careful with hair that has already been coloured and try to stick to the roots as it can be slightly drying on the ends but that is the nature of the product.overall, great product.

Don't buy this and expect your dark routes to be back to blonde overnight. It's a gradual build-up after every use, but you can definitely see the difference. My blonde highlights have gone lighter blonde on every use, however, my very dark long roots have gone a light reddish-brown, which I would expect as dark roots are quite hard to lift. However, I'm just happier for my roots to be lighter as there's less contrast. It's the best product that I've found so far and has not affected the condition of my hair.

I have medium brown hair. I've applied this product 7 times according to instructions. No difference at all. It doesn't even bleach your fingers like other sprays. I think they forgot to add the peroxide.
