Unable to replace lid, unhelpful customer service
Cute water bottle, but no way to replace the lid if it gets lost. Customer service was not helpful in trying to find a solution. Not a superior product no matter how nice the design is if it is rendered useless without one if it's two components. The company does not seem interested in selling a product that can withstand the trials and tribulation of life. Significant problems with style over function; Paul Hollywood would not approve, and I do not recommend.
