I blew 2 of the seals out of the compression handle. How do I get replacement seals?

I haven't blown any yet, but I would try an automotive center, just bring them in and see.

Can this tool be used for Oval Double Sleeves swages copper swage and 5/32 stainless steal wire rope

Yes, this particular kit comes with 1/8”, 5/32”, and 3/16” dies for stainless steel cable. It does not come with a die for an oval double sleeve swage, but it would probably work for a round copper swage in one of the three sizes. You may be able to get a die for the double swage from the manufacturer.
