Brilliant.
Iโm pleased to find interdental brushes without plastic handles. Thatโs a huge tick. And Iโm really pleased to say they work perfectly, and yes, I agree with other reviewers who say that the brushes are stronger than the plastic market leader! Iโve already ordered more sizes and Iโll not change now Iโve found this make.

Good quality
I have used other products like this before but these are quite good. I have used them a few times and they are still working whereas some i have used before bend and become useless. I think it is important to get the correct size, too small will not to the job and too big wonโt fit and may cause damage. When you get the right Pik it works wonders. Donโt worry if they cause your gums to bleed slightly this is a good sign. I like the fact that they are made of bamboo and only a small amount of plastic. I also like the long handle and managed to reach further into my mouth and also good to have a cover on it for hygiene reasons.

Great for getting in those tight places, but flimsy
This was great for getting into the smaller spaces in-between my teeth, but bent so easily I have to be VERY careful when I use them. Also, the tend to wear a lot more quickly then the larger inter-dental brushes.

Useful but still has plastic bits
Supposed to be more eco friendly but comes with tiny plastic covers which defeats the purpose Otherwise itโs a useful shape for getting the crevices

Sustainability
ESG has reached a leapfrog moment. You can tell it has reached this moment when people are buying sustainable tooth care items. What can I say about these picks? Firstly it seems like good value for how many you get, that good value is compounded by how long each pick lasts (1 week). Sustainability wise bamboo grows pretty rapidly and can decompose much more quickly than plastic. So I feel much better about throwing it in the bin. I can't say as yet if it does a good job at preventing carries, but seems to be the doing the same job as any other tepe brush.

Eco friendly alternative
Much stronger than teepee though would say marginally smaller than the equivilent one.

Do not buy - falls apart, not fit for use
Do not buy. I'm all for eco, but each one lasts a couple of days before falling apart. It's like no one tested the product before selling. Drop it on the floor, plastic head shatters. Use it very carefully, metal breaks off after a couple of days (literally). Look at it funny, disintegrates. The eco plastic is a fundamental design flaw. All the the protective caps were damaged and kept falling off because they're so fragile. The wire is embedded in the pink eco plastic head, which is super fragile, so the wire just detaches after maybe 4 days most. It should just be a right angle wire in a bamboo stick.

Good alternative to conventional interdental brushes
Iโm a dentist and think these feel significantly more comfortable and effective than the standard ones Iโve used for over 30 years (which are not bad). THe brushes feel softer, more forgiving, and more effective at removing plaque from the area where the gum overlaps with the tooth. THey are also more comfortable in a different way, since they are apparently more biodegradable than standard metal and plastic ones (assuming, of course, that the Chinese are using good manufacturing techniques when they make them).

Quality is inconsistent
When I bought it first time, it was okay. When bought second time the quality was owful. Brush parts came out of the stick even without using. I have started using other brands. Calling it environment friendly is just a marketing gimmick. It is not really worth buying.
