Excellent product!
I have a number of recipes that call for dried pears, and I never can find them in the stores around here. These dried pears are very tasty, just the right amount of "dry", and work well in my recipes.

Very good but very inconsistent/updated review
8/5/24 I'm done ordering this product. Just got another bag today and they are total mush. Basically pear sauce in the bag. Really awful smell. Can't return bag bags and no refunds. $20 just thrown in the trash. Love these pears. I probably buy a bag every week. Only issues is that they are very inconsistent. Normally they come nice and dry/soft/chewy but sometimes you get a bag that wet, not dried all the way and smells like they are fermenting in the bag with an off taste. See attached picture of a bad bag. I'd give 5 stars if they were more consistent. Shame because when they are good they are great. But hate having to throw away what I assume are bad batches.

Strong sulfur odor.
This product has a VERY STRONG sulfur dioxide odor, that does NOT go away.
