Helly-HansenWomens Loke Waterproof Shell Jacket

Helly Hansen doesn't come cheap.I usually can't find one any cheaper than $100, ESP in this particular design. I was shocked to discover Amazon was running HH's Loke Rain Jacket at a measly $51. I knew I had to get this. I'm glad I stumbled across this, because I certainly saved my wallet a whopping $50.The jacket is lightweight, clean shape, and has adjustable elastic bands at the waist. (can't live without those.) The hood is made perfectly fit for a lady who may enjoy a cap or two. I like that it's "lipped," that way when it is raining, the rain runs off the lip rather down my forehead. It's easily washable. I've had it for a few months now and it's holding up exceptionally well, considering I wear mine EVERYDAY. (I live in the rugged terrains of Alaska.) No holes, rips or tears. I purchased the black in a large. I typically wear a medium but if you're an avid HH wearer like I, than you know they run one size smaller than usual.I hope this helps!Note: please ignore the caption in my photo. Love This jacket! Great fit and waterproof material

I am giving this 1 star solely because the style/coloring is not what’s shown in the pictures. I love the fit of the jacket, but the actual jacket I received has both a black logo and the drawstrings by the hood are also black vs. white. I thought perhaps it was a mistake, so I returned it and ordered a second jacket. Both the first and second one were fully black, so clearly the images are just incorrect. Very disappointing.

Really light weight and a great purchase

Disliked it being very thin

This jacket is not really what it appears to be. I had a thick warmer jacket in mind, this is so thin like plastic and is not warm in any way shape or form. Also I ordered a large which I normally would be a medium but I wanted a little extra room, and it fits like a small/medium. I have it 2 stars because it's OK. But not a warm winter jacket at all.
