I love this, gives the perfect stretch every time I use it. Bought another one for my daughter.

I've purchased several items for lower back/buns relief. I use this item alongside proper stretching and pain relief patches.

I use it a a lumber support while working at the bench. It was comfortable and was helpful with my posture. Unfortunately it broke after two months of use.

Not the best. Instructions on how to get this out together are horrible…it’s really hard the press this in place for the higher arch…honestly just buy a cheaper foam roller works better then this going to return this item .

Difficult to bend but I love the product

WASTE of money doesn't bend, plastic was too hard and instructions were of a different style that obviously looked like it would work... doesn't

I have to say I went back and forth on this. I wasn't sure if it would work. I wasn't sure if he would use it. I've tried so many things in the past but this is easy for him. It's a few minutes in the evening. I have to say I use it too (although I don't have back pain like he does) and it's shocking at how much it stretches you. Level 1 was a challenge the first few nights. It was hard to relax into it at first and it was a pretty long 5 minutes! After a couple of days he said to me "I think it may actually work. My back actually feels better." He's now on level 2 and using it every night without fail. I really like it too. I'm so happy I bought it for him.

I've purchased a done of back stretchers, supports, etc and this one is the only one that works for me. It's a must for me when driving or sitting just about anywhere. Also use it on the floor as a stretcher at times. Some complaints are that it breaks easily but this is my 2nd purchase so I can keep one in my car and have had zero issues. The cover makes it much more comfortable if not needing the pressure points. I highly recommend if you have lower back issues or just looking for an entire back stretch.
