Does it work for ribbons?

Yes, you can burn ribbons with this burner. Make sure you have a new battery in it, and be very careful not to have your fingers too close to the unit. It WILL burn through your skin!!

Can the battery be replaced?

Yes... you can even up the heat by using a lithium ion 14500 rechargeable battery. It's the same size as a AA battery, but it puts out 3.7v instead of 1.5v. In case you want to use it for cautery.

Can be use to cauterize warts?

This is not a medical tool. It is to melt synthetic threads.

what is the temperarture on maximum? I need exact for med applications. thanks

This is for the manufacturer to answer. As a user, I do not have the easy means to measure the temperature when “on” ...
