I found this after, menopause hell with sleeplessness. Dr. Of Internal Med recommended changing supplements after MTHFR screen and "Brain Power" Walsh protocol. I combine it with access to circadian light, yellow glasses to filter blue light from screens and Mg threonate. Now I sleep like a rock.
