I received this canopy in perfect condition, no missing pieces. Set up was easy enough, having watched YouTube videos. You definitely need at least 2 people to set up. The included stakes are easy enough to bend by simply stepping on them while driving them into the ground, so I recommend purchasing weights designed for these canopies instead of using the stakes to anchor against wind. Otherwise the canopy and cover worked well for the booth we used it for to sell crafts at a festival. Great price for this type of product.

Easy to put up. Bought 2 and one had a broken plastic loop for attaching the anchor string so thats why i gave 4/5 for the rating.

I just tried to use this product for the 4th of July weekend and one of the pole is damaged & bent

I purchased this canopy during Prime Days had it set up for a little over a month & it completely collapsed & broke due to pooled water on top of the canopy from a storm we had. This is unacceptable to me & poor quality in my opinion because what you can’t see in this picture is another canopy almost exactly like this one that was purchased at a Walmart that was also set up that I’ve had no problems with I think because the canopy part is made a little different with Velcro straps to hold it down/tight. Won’t make that mistake again!

Arrived with a support “beam” broken. It will sit in its proper location when fully assembled but still it arrived this way. Feels really flimsy and no way would I use this anywhere with high winds. I bought it for a music festival so hopefully it will hold up those 5 days.

Easy and quick to put up. I can do it by myself now and it only takes 10 minutes to do
