NOT the size that's advertised = WAY UNDERSIZE!
I ordered a Heavy-duty Tarp with "nominal" dimensions of 8x16ft (finished size 7'8" x 15'8"). What I got was a tarp that was ACTUALLY 7ft x 14'8" - 8" short on the width and a full FOOT short on the length! I can work with the tarp IF it ACTUALLY WAS the "finished size", but I cannot "stretch" it 16 inches in length and 8 inches in width! I've ordered 16x8 tarps from other manufacturers before, and sure, the finished size was A LITTLE shorter than "nominal", but this is WAY TOO SHORT to be remotely considered a 16x8 tarp! This needs to fit on a 16x8 frame, so there isn't a lot of "fudge factor". I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!UPDATE: The seller contacted me and explained this is NOT TYPICAL, and offered to send a replacement AFTER INSPECTING IT to confirm that it is accurate to the "finished size".

I found a grommet missing and then a misshaped double grommet. It looks like when these are made, the machine installs the grommets then folds the tarp so the grommets cant be inspected. I dont know yet if this tarp will hold up under the Florida Sun. Will do an update at a later date. The tarp material is thin.

Good Size
The size was perfect for my application but I did not think this tarp was EXTRA heavy duty. I have a large silver tarp from that Freight store that was more heavy duty than this tarp. The price was not cheap so I am hoping that it will hold up for a couple of years.

Buyer beware!
Ordered a 12 Mil tarp, and received one that is 6 Mil at best. I wanted this item to cover my boat for storage, but the item probably will not last the winter . My previous tarp was actually 12 Mil and lasted for 6 years. Don't waste your time or money!The vendor replaced the first tarp with another low quality tarp made in Vietnam. It says on the package that it is a heavy duty tarp, but list no thickness. Don't pay $40 for a $20 tarp.

Not what I expected.
No where on the product package does this product state that it is in fact 12 mil. thick material. It is not as thick as my 12 mil. thick pond liner. Also, it is only 7' 7" x 15' 7', shorting each direction by 5" which is a total loss of over 10 square feet overall. Prefer when the advertised size is the actual size of the item.
