WOLF'S HOUR 02. Berserker

I really got into these two volumes! Imagine a 007-type WW2 British spy, Russian by birth, who can transform into a werwolf! After I read the first book (couldn't put it down), I immediately got the second one, and read it non-stop! I amnot a native German, but I love the language. Nowadays, though, I have little chance to speak it except at club meetings.I keep up my reading of German every day with fiction or non-fiction, in work originally in German, or translations fromother languages. P.S. To Robt. McCammon: Please write more sequels to Wolf's Hour!

Awesome read. Well written strong relatable characters you either love or love to hate.

Bought this book for my husband who had been waiting for this book only to receive it in German! He doesn’t speak German let alone read in German! Very deceiving

Diese beiden Romane sind wahrhaftig das Werk eines Meisters. Ich bin immer noch gefangen in den Romanen, die einen noch lange danach nicht loslassen.Robert McCammon hat sich damit selbst übertroffen. Ich kenne keinen Autor, der mich mit seinen Romanen so in den Bann zieht. Fesselnd und atemberaubende Spannung von Anfang bis Ende. Absolut lesenswert.

Auch der 2. und abschliessende Band von McCammons Werwolf-Epos hat mich total überzeugt. Die Darsteller wachsen einem richtig ans Herz und man fiebert mit ihnen mit im Kampf gegen die Nazis.Bitte mehr von diesem Autor!
