Review: Hands Down better than plastic ones by a long shot! - Nice quality, easy install, and work flawlessly! desertcart was late fudging up the delivery as usual here, but beyond that they arrived well packaged and undamaged inside another box that fit the two pumps in factory boxes I purchased correctly. Plastic ones always leak, so those types are almost guaranteed to eventually break as well. These on the other hand are metal and will last a long time provided you use the thumb hold to pull the handle as intended. _DON'T just grab the t-handle and pull without placing your thumb on the hold to counteract the force you're pulling it with. If you grab the t-handle without using the thumb hold, eventually they'll come off the wall or stall. Ultimately if they're screwed to the wall/stall, then eventually you will break the dispenser or t-handle(s). Just because they're made of metal doesn't mean you can do pull ups on them! Like I said, be logical and a little smarter than the dispenser! I haven't had any issues once reviewing and then installing properly. _Btw, window cleaner cuts grease and I personally think it should be used in combination with the included wet-wipes. Even painted walls get a film on them, and/or the surface becomes powdery over the years. Clean your tile mounting areas with window cleaner as well, in particular in the shower and/or sink area respectively! All cleaners leave some sort of residue even if you can't see or feel it. So use window cleaner which removes the surface powder particularly on flat paint colors or semi-flat painted surfaces. "LET THE AREA DRY THOROUGHLY" BEFORE APPLYING MOUNT PLATE WITH THE 3M STICKY PAD ON YOUR WALL/TILE SURFACE!!! The mounting sticky pads will stay stuck for a long time afterwards. _If they leak, you just have to empty the hopper (soap container), rinse with hot water to get the soap out, then pump very warm/hot water through the spout to wash out the film or soap-crud build up. If need be, soak it a while before cleaning in very warm water. Then pump warm/hot water through it to clean the pump itself out. Refill the hopper with soap, remount to the wall holder bracket and your back in business! _Another complaint is dispenser wobble when mounted. I resolved this situation by loosening the plastic mount studs on the back of the plate the dispenser(s) are mounted to and re-snugged them carefully with a philips head screw driver into the recess. This little snugging up and realignment prevented the wobble and positioned one of my pumps correctly upright as intended without any wobble. Again, you just have to be smart and observe things prior to mounting and assembling for proper fit. These are mass produced and speedily, partially assembled in the factory. They aren't always perfectly snugged where needed so look them over and check all fittings and screws for proper fit. If you take care of these as noted, they'll last years. These are used in my business office. 1st pic is my office kitchenette area. 2nd pic is my office restroom. Enjoy!

I bought this because I have a double one that I've used for 7-8 years. They both still work great and look good. They're easy to take off when needed and easy to refill. Be careful not to drop the tops though, they crack easily.

Nice quality, easy install, and work flawlessly! Amazon was late fudging up the delivery as usual here, but beyond that they arrived well packaged and undamaged inside another box that fit the two pumps in factory boxes I purchased correctly. Plastic ones always leak, so those types are almost guaranteed to eventually break as well. These on the other hand are metal and will last a long time provided you use the thumb hold to pull the handle as intended. _DON'T just grab the t-handle and pull without placing your thumb on the hold to counteract the force you're pulling it with. If you grab the t-handle without using the thumb hold, eventually they'll come off the wall or stall. Ultimately if they're screwed to the wall/stall, then eventually you will break the dispenser or t-handle(s). Just because they're made of metal doesn't mean you can do pull ups on them! Like I said, be logical and a little smarter than the dispenser! I haven't had any issues once reviewing and then installing properly. _Btw, window cleaner cuts grease and I personally think it should be used in combination with the included wet-wipes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic shower dispenser

I bought this to replace another product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FGCW0K The above product was compact but there were trade-offs with the annoying refill process, which was a pain if one of the dispensed products ran out before the others, and the fact it's entirely plastic. The plastic build was its downfall, as the main container began to crack, and then the threaded part for the pump snapped off when trying to clean out the old product. The simplehuman triple wall mount shower pump feels far more substantial and quality. I also appreciate the fact that I could individually remove and refill a pump with product. Refilling a pump is very straightforward and so is cleaning them out. Each squeeze of the pump dispenses a very usable amount of product and you can modulate it to lessen the amount. I also like the ability to hang my shaving razor on the side of a pump. The length of the warranty (5 years) and the ability to get replacement parts on the simplehuman website is also a big plus. I do see other people complaining about the mount's adhesive failing and I've not encountered that, even on a tiled wall, as I made sure to clean the surface and waited at least 24 hours for the VHB adhesive to cure to 90% strength. I do recommend reviewing the VHB curing chart, as it is temperature dependent. The adhesive IS very strong (3M VHB) and it is removable, but not reusable, as I did end up buying a 2nd wall mount after changing my mind on the initial mounting location (respect its depth if you have a smaller shower stall like me). You can use some Goo Gone or WD40 to weaken the adhesive, then separate it by inserting something like a grout spatula into it and working it off the wall (I used a plastic grout spatula with a hammer); I think some people have done something similar with fishing line. Afterward, you should be able to clean up the remaining adhesive with a razor scraper.
