I really like to jump rope for workouts, and over the years I've probably had at least a dozen different ropes, ranging in price from $5-$60+. Honestly, regardless of price, this is one of my favorite ropes I've had, even ahead of others that cost a lot more. The handles have a pretty nice feel to them and the bearings are fast, you can crank off as many double unders as you can handle. The cable is also just a little bit heavier than the really thin ones on most cable speed ropes, which I think gives it a nice feel without feeling heavy or hard to swing. Another thing that's great, especially for the price, is the extra cable... Anyone who's used cable ropes before knows that although they make great speed ropes, after a while the cable starts to get kinks and wear out, especially if you use it outside or on a rough surface. Being able to replace the cable after a while is a nice bonus, especially for the price.

I have been using this jump rope in my CrossFit workouts for about six months, and it is best one I have ever used for double-unders. The screw attachment mechanism has never failed or loosened. The handles and rope are a perfect weight. The material used on the handles affords great grip while keeping a relaxed touch and wrist action, and the grip action stays the same even if your hands are covered in chalk or sweat. The coating on the cable is slightly softer and more pliable than other ropes I have owned… which I like in terms of performance… but I can tell a trade-off is going to be needing to replace the rope sooner. I would not recommend using this jump rope outside or on concrete surfaces because of the rope casing, but it’s perfect for most gym workout surfaces.

This rope is unbeatable for the price! I purchased this to replace a $50 Rogue rope that I have had for a couple years and it has proven to be a worthy replacement. I actually like it better. The cord is just a tad heavier than the cord I was using and it makes double unders easier. It is simple to adjust by hand, on the fly using the phillips screw. To size it, simply stand on with your feet together and even out each size. I like to have the handle right at my chest. The extra rope, rope ends, adjustment screws and bag are a great addition. Definitely give this rope a try, you will not be disappointed.

I almost bought the $50 rope with the same style handles. So glad I didn't. Yes these are a cheaper option that probably wont last as long, but I can buy 5 of these for what the other cost. These are really helping me get double unders, I can do quite a bit more with these and I think it is because of the handle design. I have a couple other speed ropes that I spent a little money on, but these handles really let the rope spin around fast.

To start off with, I have waitied a little bit to leave a review for this product just to see how it lasted over time and continual use. I am very impressed by how well this rope has held up since the time I have been using it. I do competitive crossfit and must say of all the other ropes I have used (including ropes provided by local gyms and other members) this jump rope is amazing for double unders and just all around jump rope workouts. The roatation and weight is perfect, as well as how easy it is to adjust and replace the rope. Easily a 5 out of 5, highly recommend this product whether you are competing or just wanting to get a good cardio workout in.

After a few weeks of use, the rope snapped at the location where it's secured by the screw. Perhaps a little looser when screwing in place may have prevented. Not sure. Overall though, while jumping, I had the best experience compared to any other rope I've used.

I went on a quest to find the perfect jump-rope. I have bought pretty much every brand that has come up for sale on Amazon and have bought a bunch in store or ordered direct. I have some how amassed a collection of over 30 different jump-ropes of various brands and styles that hang in my gym.Out of all of them this one is my very favorite. The handles are very comfortable and the bearings spin great. It is also very easy to adjust the length.Comes with two cables spare screws and a bag. I do wish the heavier cable was a bit heavier but not a big deal. All in all a great deal.

I'm 6'2" and needed a rope for crossfit as a beginner. The standard 9' ropes out there had a tendency of whacking me in the back of the head, but this rope is perfect. Plus, since it's adjustable, as my form gets better I can shorten it to fit my needs. Exactly as described, love it!

Works great, but to cut it short is a bit challenging for a woman.

Not happy as keep tripping aftet many tries to adjust the lenght per instructions. Returnin it.

Bought this in July 2020 and it’s now rusted.
