Always Use This Brand
I have used Odense every year when I can find it. Now Amazon eliminates the literal search from one store to another. I know it will always be just right. This flavor is so good, so real. I bake breads using almond paste and butter as the filling in a rolled design every Christmas. The breads are cooling as I write. So good!

Makes excellent Rainbow Cookies
I always use this brand for making rainbow cookies. Last year, I ran out & had to buy another brand. My daughter in law was helping me make the rainbow cookies & kept complaining the other brand I had purchased smelled like Play-Doh. I have been buying this almond paste for many many years & have always been happy with the results. It is soft & easy to break apart for use to add into butter, etc.

Great ingredient
I used half a tube for the 1st layer of my puff pastry Apple strudel. It was delicious! Very easy to use, super yummy.
