Fantastic company
I ordered 2 of these cups for Christmas gifts. One for my Marine corps husband and 1 for my army son. Unfortunately the marine cup had a hairline crack that was not noticeable until the cup was filled with coffee. I contacted Amazon. The next day I was contacted by Will at Carpe Diem designs. He could not have been nicer nor more helpful. He was very polite and concerned that my marine was disappointed about not being able to have his coffee in his new cup. We received the replacement in 3 days. Carpe Diem is a wonderful company. I highly recommend them. Their products are professionally designed and made. Their customer service is fantastic.
