This product does help the grinding cos it's a lot softer than a hard mouth guard.

Best I've used
This mould your own mouth guard is the best I've tried so far and I have tried alot. I did find it hard to mould to my upper back teeth but got there in the end. These are comfortable to wear and easy to clean. The only downside I would say is the front is slightly too thick. It is not so thick that you cant talk,but its thicker than the back. I tend to grind my back teeth and this is really thin compared to the front. But saying that i certainly wouldn't change the back thickness it may just not last forever......

Exactly what I wanted and after a bit of tweaking fit perfectly and surprised that I slept well from day one without any discomfort.

it is a comfortable product
It is my first time using Guards it was very easy to make with hot water and it arrived one week before I was expecting! and it is very soft.the only thing wrong is it is short like 1 cm each side, so dont cover all my mouth and I have a small mouse.

Easy to use and good quality.
It is very easy to use, easy to molde ( for someone who done this before).I would say that the quality is good as well.I recommend that to everyone who struggles with teeth-grinding because it does helps!

Comfortable and easy to set!
Really easy to set and use. Also makes it comfortable and no more snoring at night!

Adaptable and flexible.
The only issue was wearing the guards in and my gums were a bit sore at first. But my guards are now so comfortable and no more grinding of teeth.😬
