Great but not sealed
These look great and fit perfectly. Problem is they are supplied unwaxed. Any drop of water soaks straight in. I think that is pretty lazy or cost-cutting of the manufacturer.

Very impressed!
I am very impressed with the quality of these shoes. They came well packaged and the sizing was perfect. Having worn them for an entire day I am happy to say they are incredibly comfortable and haven't caused any discomfort so far!

Fairly standard
I needed a pair of smart shoes for work, and I bought these because they were reduced and they are a good brand (Ted Baker). Actually, they are nothing special. Standard and adequate, nothing more. I’m happy purchasing them at the reduced price, but probably would have been less so paying the original price.

Decent shoe, packaging appalling, Amazon customer service/value poor.
Ordered this product as a gift on behalf of my daughter to myself for Christmas. Paid the full £99 as for some reason the size I required wasn’t included in the Black Friday deals as were other sizes of the same product. Product arrived promptly. Shoe itself is good. I have reasonably wide feet and size 6 seems true to size and accommodated my foot width and is comfortable/smart to wear.The Ted Baker box though was split/ torn/ heavily creased on the top and sides. The tissue paper inside the box was dirty, the shoes themselves weren’t wrapped in tissue paper (as per standard for Ted Baker) and the Ted Baker card logo was missing. For £99 (and as a gift) this is extremely poor quality. Contacted Amazon re issue. Offered a £5 refund. Not accepted. Amazon quite inflexible to customer service and doesn’t seem to value customer loyalty. Hence 2 star rating.
