I bought this back in 2017. I've had nothing but blessings from this making top notch silver product. When Covid came about, I went into a store without a mask in a rush. I caught Covid symptoms that night and got sick and had trouble breathing. I was afraid gasping for air and was freaking out not wanting to go to the hospital. It felt like someone was trying to suffocate me with a pillow. So I did what I always do when feeling ill. I took some silver I made, put it under my tongue for a minute, swished it around my mouth then swallowed. I immediately felt my lungs literally open up and my sinuses opened up like magic. I then took some solution and used it in a nebulizer, and a few hours later, I was normal again. Now whenever I feel symptoms coming about, I put some under my tongue swish then swallow. I previously had another brand of generator and this one is SO much easier to work with! Completely plug and play if you will. I really like the versatility of being able to use batteries or plugging it in.

After purchasing the unit and trying to make some Colloidal Silver, the results were subpar at best. Compared the results with purchased labeled ppm, this didn't even come close. Our 60 ppm with a simple TDS meter showed 71 ppm, our 10 ppm showed 6 ppm, our 30 ppm showed 17 ppm while their claimed 30 ppm only showed 10 ppm. (based on their time, water temp, wire Gauge size) Do not buy because Amazon will not allow a return! Buyer Beware.

Got this the other day, opened it up and tried to put it together. Not everyone has micro screwdrivers, but I used the point of scissors to try and tighten the screws which I thought I did, but one of the two was loose in the bag. I was pleased to find it but after putting it in multiple times and it just kept falling out, I looked at the hole. The hole is just a plastic hole that apparently is to large for the screw. I have watched multiple methods for making colloidal silver with drilling holes in a plastic lid that would actually fit on that jar and not get knocked off by a stray cat or something but this sounded like a good outfit and I like to support startups…but I cant use it if the most simplistic component of screw in plastic is non-functional. If I wanted to go through the trouble of making this all from scratch, I would have done so. I bought this cause I thought it was done for me. $100 is not something I do on a fly by night whim… so I am very disappointed that I cant even test this. Going to have to return it. Tried calling, left a msg , no response… but has been only a day.
