The best microwave heating pad
This is by far the best microwave heating pad! The heat stays and it’s very therapeutic! It’s soft and conforms to your body. The pad has straps so it can be tied around your waist and shoulders. Not only can this be used as a heating source but can be used as a cold compress by placing it in the freezer. I have purchased 3; one for myself, one for my husband and daughter. I highly recommend!

Perfect sized sandbag
The 4lb lava sandbag is amazing. The lava sand comes from Utah which is pretty cool. The sandbag hears extremely well and holds its heat for over 20 minutes. I’ve used it on shoulder pain and I love the way this sandbag is wide enough to really cover the area needing it. My daughter loves to use it at night which leads to the dog hair on it like in the picture. Good thing is it washes easily and has no problems after that. Great value!

Easy to use for comfortable, secure heat for my back.
I have a strained back and I get temporary relief from using this heat pad. It is easy to use, provides a comfortable, long lasting heat and it is easy to secure around my back. I am using it several times a day for 20 minutes each time. Nice to know that it is quickly available. I am prone to back problems, usually due to overuse. Great pad to add to my bag of relief solutions. Retired PT in Florida

I did a lot of research and it paid off with this heat wrap.
I don't think heat wraps could get much better than this!! Trust me, I looked hard! It is super versatile, I can wrap it anywhere on my body with the long straps. Forget the ones that are specifically shaped for the neck- this one fits the neck just fine AND MORE. Forget the weird beaded ones or ones with scents. I waited a couple months to review this- haven't burnt a hole yet after consistent use and microwaving 1 minute, flipping, then another minute. Microwaves do vary. It does NOT smell. I was willing to pay a premium for something perfect, and was happy that I didn't have to. Holds heat for at least 20 minutes so I can stay mobile during treatment. Very good weight and fabric. 100% recommend stop your search here and order this heat pad.

Love this!!
This helps my back loosen up as well as my neck and you can tie it or just drape it. I drape it over my shoulders and neck at night while watching tv in bed with my pillow behind it and it works wonderfully. It makes it easier for me to fall asleep comfortably and before I know it I’m waking up in the morning with it still in place lol. I just pop it in the microwave on a paper plate for 1 minute then flip it for an additional 30 seconds. One thing I mostly love is that by the time the heat cools down in about 45 minutes, my neck/back is way better and almost 100% but you can choose to take it off within your own timeframe especially if you’re hurting, but need to get out the door. I like that the heat is like a timer so when it cools you know your done, unlike a heating pad that keeps the same heat blasting on you, over heating your muscles until you decide to shut it off and that never has helped me the way this does. You can also use the belt, which is a great length, to tie so you can move around if needed. I have degenerative discs which became much more painful after a careless driver caused a car wreck. I don’t like taking pain meds that cloud my brain and I found this was the most natural and effective way to find any sort of relief especially when I need to get on with my day. Highly recommend!!

not all equal
too heavy to keep tied at waist, but the smaller neck wrap is great

Best heating pad
I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy so everything hurts already, and in addition to that I’m an avid knitter prone to shoulder pain which is exacerbated by pregnancy. I’ve tried electric heating pads, homemade rice packs, hot/cold gel packs with velcro straps, and now these. These are it. The straps are just elastic enough that they flex with your body once tied and stay in place. The moist heat from the flax seed is far superior to electric heat from a plug in pad. I wish these held heat longer, but for a microwave heat pack they perform well enough. A removable and washable cover would also be an improvement. The straps are long enough for me to tie anywhere I need. I wear a maternity 8/10, for reference. When not pregnant I’ll wear 4/6, and I’m sure these will be more than adequate.

Blessed relief.
I owned 3 microwave heating units previously. One is a rough kind of fill (popcorn I think). I don't like it because it is not soft and comfortable so I don't use it. Another is filled with flax seed and is lovely except it has no ties and just is placed so you can't move around but otherwise like it. The third was similar to this one. It was filled with flax seed (my personal favorite). I had it for many months and loved it and used it daily for my painful sciatica. The last and final time I used it, I went to reheat it and must have pressed the wrong timing. A horrible smell filled the air and I ran to the microwave. There was still 7+ minutes on it. Who knows how long I set it for. I know I should have watched it the whole time but being impatient I didn't. I paid the price by losing the pad and having my microwave and house smelling offensively from the burnt product. I really need it so promptly went to Amazon (my lifesaver) and found two more with ties that looked good. The first one came the very next day and I liked the moist heat but the ties were not sufficiently long for my husband's or my waists. It tied but did not stay where we wanted it too. I only hoped the second one I ordered would work well. That one came the next day and fit well with long enough ties for it to stay put. It is comfortable and just a delight to own. I will let my husband share it because it really truly helps. Pain meds don't touch it but this soothes and does help. I'm sorry I didn't order two of these instead of one of each kind but I didn't know the other wouldn't have long enough straps to work as efficiently. However I'm grateful to get such a fantastic replacement and thank you for your wonderful product.

This item was good quality and size, but it's problem is loosing heat too fast, it keeps water warm for max 20-30 minutes.

J'aime ce coussin chauffant car il n'est pas très lourd comparé à d'autres que j'ai essayé. Il s'attache facilement et tient bien en place. Je l'adore. Mais, il est quand même dispendieux.
