PolywoodTraditional Garden Glider, Slate Grey

We love our Polywood bench glider! It's the perfect addition to our front porch. It's beautiful, comfortable, super durable and maintenance-free. It should last a long time. It's worth the price we paid. My husband put it together fairly quickly without any issues, and the pre-drilled holes all lined up just fine. So far we are very happy with it!I spent a lot of time searching for a bench cushion, so I will also share that I bought that from Comcaver (also through Amazon). The size is 45 x 18 x 3 inches and fits perfectly.

Love the quality and durability of polywood! Glider is super comfy...we have polywood rockers at the beach and they still look new despite being 10 years old! Thanks Polywood!

We are very happy with our Polywood glider. Assembly directions were very clear and pre-drilled holes lined up well. My husband is a woodworker, so he had numerous clamps that helped with the assembly process. The glider is very comfortable and we are enjoying it on our patio.

The only reason I gave this four stars for assembly is that it would be helpful to have two people handle that task. I put it together myself, but it would have been helpful to have two more hands! Polywood products are first class, sturdy and comfortable.

This is my 3rd set of Polywood furniture and has not disappointed. I have 2 rockers with side table, the round dining table & 6 chairs and now the glider. It is very sturdy, love the many color choices. Hoping to order the coffee table to put in front of my glider soon.

This glider is basically a good product and I think it's a good value for the price. During assembly I discovered some of the holes for the screws were not drilled all the way through the plastic pieces. Being a retired engineer it was simple for me to recognize this and it was easy to open the holes at the other end. That may not be intuitive for everyone and could be a show-stopper for some. Other reviewers have noticed that the areas where people sit may sag after sitting for awhile. The sag eventually returns to normal shape but I wonder if that will continue as the glider ages. I contacted customer support and asked to purchase two additional center support bars. I wanted to install them under the seat between the glider ends and the existing center support bar. They refused to sell them to me stating that they do not sell parts so customers could alter their design and it would void the warranty. I told them I did not care about the warranty and that my modification was to correct for a flaw in their design. They refused to budge. I asked them what would happen if a part was damaged on my glider from customer abuse or misuse. Would I be able to purchase the damaged part? They continued to tell me they don't sell parts. I wrote a letter to the company CEO, Doug Rasi, asking him if he was willing to stand behind all those claims he made about Polywood placing the customer at the center of their service. It's been 2 weeks and I have no response. All I want to do is purchase a part that is used in this glider. I can do this for almost any other product I buy. My low rating is because of their failure to support their customer.

Easy to put together. Very sturdy and great quality. Ordered two matching rockers.

out of three one was put together wrong at the factor. The bottom was screwed together incorrectly. Had to disassemble and screw back to correct the problem on all the slats. one the assemblers was not on the job that day.
