Are they expensive? Yes.However, the 8 oz of soda that are produced are delicious and the technology is cool.

Thank you Keurig! I have been waiting my whole life get to spend three seventy-five for the honor of using a several hundred dollar space-wasting electricity guzzling machine to make a tiny 8-ounce glass of soda, when I can get a 12-ounce can for 25 cents on sale and 50 cents at full price. This is pure genius.

I'm not rating the product based on taste, or ease of use....which are normally what I would provide a rating based on. The issue here, at amazon, on this item, is price. You can order this self same box of pods from a number of retailers for $5 or less (sometimes MUCH less...with discounts I've found them as inexpensive as $3.50 a box, putting your total cost at about .88 for 8oz. Still more expensive than the .50 for 12oz of your normal can, but the convenience factor costs something. And note: THIS IS NOT A SAMPLER. It is not 4 boxes of 4. It is a single box of 4 Coke Keurig Kold pods.That being said, these pods create a very convincing 8oz of Coke. The carbonation and temp are just right, as is the level of syrup. If you're using this as a mixer (with, say, some Captains, or Jack), they're quite useful to have around. We have a soda stream, and were never able to a) get the carbonation level quite right and b) find a cola syrup that we really liked. These pods do BOTH exceedingly well. But they are not nearly worth the $15 price tab being asked for here, on amazon.

Not only is the machine 300$ but 2.50$ a pod for 8oz. What is Keurig thinking. Who would really buy this for the price. A 12oz can of soda is only 50-75 cents
