Have no idea why more people don't use them. We have oak stairs and wanted a tread but not to nail in. We use a removable tape which works well. We tend to get new ones every few years. Way cheaper than stair carpet

Really pleased with the carpet mats, our cats had scratched a hole in the old carpet and this was a more practical solution to replace it with. They're soft to step on, stop any echo in the hallway, and the cats haven't tried to scratch them. Haven't needed to put them in the washing machine yet but have used a damp cloth on a couple of them and they cleaned up very well. The anti slip backing is good, the stairs have a matt finish stair paint and the mats haven't moved with adults, a child, dog and cats using the stairs. Initially thought I'd been sent two different tones of grey but it's just the way the pile sits, so as long as they're turned the same way, they're all exactly the same colour. Quick delivery.

Laid the carpet tiles down on our Stairs, they don’t seem to slip and look very good.and Keep the noise down

I originally ordered the "Camel" treads but they are more of a "Caramel/Latte" colour so I returned them and ordered the brown (I have dark brown & cream carpet) and they are just perfect! I actually cut 12mm underlay 2cm smaller than the individual treads, spray glued the underlay on the stairs and then put the treads on top with (brown) staples in a few places along the back where the tread meets the riser and at the front corners. They look amazing, highly recommend!

After much hesitation I ordered these stair mats. They arrived well packaged & promptly. They are amazing quality, I haven’t glued them down as not finished painting the stairs, lockdown happened & halted work. There is minimum movement and hoover lines can be achieved. My teenagers who walk around bare foot are also well impressed with them, soft & fluffy are words they use. I would highly recommend these stair mats.

I was apprehensive when purchasing these but they were are surprising good. I just need the company to do an exact match of my carpet colour and make them a little larger to fit my stair tread perfectly.I need to correct the placement of them as they do move around a bit but I still think they can be classed as non slip.
