Great product!
Much better than the normal plastic ‘cone of shame’. This is softer and not as bulky. My dog is far far happier in this.

Comfy Dog
5* Great product and much nicer than the plastic cone which vets give out. Dog was suffering after an ear infection and continued trying to scratch but the plastic cone was causing the dog to hit his trachea on walls and furniture, causing muscle injury to the neck. The dog would also bang things with the plastic cone and not only was this noisy, it would also hurt the legs if he caught you.I wanted a soft cone to aid his sleep and comfort. This product is great for comfort and it can be tightened and loosened for the best fit. The only issue is the length of the cone because it sticks out quite far. The dog also found it hard to drink with, so I turned the cone back (bent it back as the soft material aids this) and he was fine. The fastening is Velcro, so easily adjustable and no faff to use straps/clips etc but also very secure, as dog isn’t able to get it off but could with the plastic one.Dog seems much more content with this cone and really happy. The downside is that the dog has struggled to see when it is on, as the cone sticks out quite far and with the plastic one it was clear plastic and therefore the dog had more awareness, whereas unfortunately the surroundings are blocked by this material cone and the dog can only see what is directly in front of it.

Great for my dog's operation but will depend on where the wound is
This is so much better than the enormous plastic cone the vet provided. It allows our dog to move without hitting things, is soft and comfortable, and stops him scratching the wound on his neck (he had his lymph nodes removed) and his mouth. He can still lick his paws, tail and lower body as the cone is quite short so it might not work for wounds further down. Much better for eating and sleeping too (we also tried an inflatable donut but he couldn't lie his head down properly).

Great for Short term use - could be improved
This is the 2nd Hanrydong we tried as the first was way too big for our standard sized adult cat, so if you are buying for a cat ( do be aware that these are a little large ).I first chose this design for 2 reasons mainly, One being of a foam type design I thought it would be softer and allow our cat to still jump around ( which essentially it does - and quite well ). Two - that it would help keep the noise down for her - as these bell type collars ( in theory would increase the animals hearing ) so being this type of material should help. I can't say if there's any difference but it should help. The velcro fastening is good - secures well and allows for varying sizes, and is quick to fit and remove. The one BIG - downside of this make - is the mesh material - I'd strongly recommend this to be changed in future as - if like us you are using for more than a week - it will rub the ears ( which is what we are trying to protect ).The meshing has an abrasiveness to it - which if it was changed to a tight knit poly type material - it wouldn't have.Personally - we could still do with the depth of the collar being less - reducing the outer edge by 15-20mm or so would be much better. as it would reduce the weight, and allow her to eat more easily. The MESH material is the biggest issue. That all said - overall it's soft and flexible but still allows a stiffness to aid with maneuvering it.It's a really good idea of a product but needs some design changes.

Does the job well
This collar is excellent my dog has an injured paw and won't leave the wound alone this collar is quite soft pliable and breathable .It is quite light in weight so not uncomfortable for Oscar who is an older gent. It arrived on time (next day) and although Oscar hates wearing it he doesn't get shocks from bumping into things with a sudden .olt unlike the harder plastic ones so it is kinder .It is washable and cooler in this unexpected heatwave .I am happy with this purchase it has all the qualities I wanted to help Oscar recover from his injury with his antibiotics we hope he is better in the next few days.

My dog can't see!
My French bulldog has a thick 40cm neck so I got size 6, but the cone comes out way too far for her small head and she can't see anything other than what is directly above her. I have an inflatable collar for her but it makes her snore really loud and she seems uncomfortable sleeping in it. This one may be more comfortable for her to sleep in, but she's already trying to get it off and nearly fell off my bed backwards trying to get it off because she couldn't see. I'll have to stick with the inflatable collar. There's no way she could eat, drink or walk around in this one. I'm giving it 2 stars because it may be suitable for a bigger dog but not for a smaller dog with a thick neck. Her ears are also a bit squashed when wearing it.

So comfortable and easy to use
My cocker spaniel, who is very easy going, has to wear a collar for 10 days minimum after an ear operation. The hard plastic collar provided by the vet was extremely difficult to put on/take off (especially as so near his ear wound) which of course we have to do so that he can eat and drink. He needs to sleep in a collar too. I tried several types (previously) and was also given a click on collar by vet but both types were both uncomfortable, hindered his vision and also seemed to hurt his operation site when he bumped into things (which is unavoidable). So firstly this collar is light in weight, soft but stays ridged when walking around, allows him to lie down and have padding to lie on, and can be removed easily for eating and drinking. Yes the velcro is loud to remove but if it wasn't strong it would disconnect. We bought size 5 as he does not need it to be so deep for this wound - if he had a leg issue or somewhere he could reach with his mouth then I would need to buy the deeper cone which would obviously protude more. He is now almost one week into wearing this and is completely happy with it. We are doing gentle walks and the collar is not a bother to him. Thank goodness we found this , so much kinder. If you have a very uncoperative pet then this may not work, but then I guess the other types would also be a challenge!

Comodo e funzionale

Perfekt
