**Q: Does this rust?**
A: Not so far.........I've had mine over a year and have had no issues.  It's stainless steel........which doesn't rust.   I hand wash and dry because it has a wooden handle so should never be in the dishwasher.

**Q: Does this work well with mini cakes? Lunch box sized**
A: In my experience, it does not work well to ice a cake. The small angled spatula is a better choice, in my opinion.
