Air tight
I’m using this as a cigar humidor even though it does not generate humidity it does monitor RH beyond 60%. I can easily create 70% RH by using distilled water in a plastic container stored on the bottom shelf of the unit. If for some reason I get humidity above 70% which is optimal for cigar storage, I can promptly bring it down by setting humidity control of the units max level of 60% to bring RH back down then put it back into monitor mode (default when RH level is not set) I don’t think I would need to do this since the box is air tight. I have used Spanish cedar from an old humidor to construct trays to hold the cigars on the plastic shelves, works great. Constitution / workmanship of this dry box is above average and will report back with long term usage.

Why would anyone use this to store 3D Printer Filament? Because it works!
Okay - admission: I got this on sale, so it made it worth it to me. Could I have bought an Sterlite container and rigged up a small heater and blower or thrown in a couple pounds of desiccant? Sure. For $50 and a weekend of work I could have had a nasty ugly box in my printing closet and twice the space. But I decided that, for double that, I was willing to spend my time designing and printing, knowing that I could store 8 full size 1 kg rolls and 3-4 mini-rolls of samples at 20% RH in a nice looking box and never have to worry whether the desiccant needed to be renewed. And it looks fabulous.Note: the photo was taken with the device set to 10% RH. In practice, it will not go below 20%, and generally stays there unless I open the door. It's rated at 25%, so I'm pleased with the results.

Broke a day after the return window closed.
One day it just stopped turning on. I might have had a defective item but Adorma was horrible to work with and I never got my money back.

Safe place for my camera gear.
Strongly thinking of a second on for my drones and electronic parts.Pro:Looks very clean nice led light haven't set it to low but keeping it at 30% RH and it stays at 31% so pretty good. not sure of longevityCon:One thing I would change is provide about 2 or 3 more inches on the side even if that means dropping a few inches up and down. The reason I say this is, that its a bit to snug for 3 long lens on one shelf with the lens pad.
