Works as advertised / Much Faster than firestick!
First thing, if you want this product, do yourself a favor and get a wireless keyboard / mouse combo. It makes all the difference in the world. The interface is basic and takes some tinkering to figure everything out. I have a 1 TB USB 3.0 external HD hooked up to it also. Much faster than firestick but transfer speeds could use some oomph. For $50 its well worth it. Plus, if you're using a universal IR remote that learns, you can program it instead of using the provided remote, its the one plus side of it not being a blue tooth remote. Definitely worth the buy. No real need to spend more to go to 120gb. Get a external HD and you can carry 2TB. Most apps work, you just have to find the right android version that will install. The use of chrome to surf makes it all easier.

Kinda disapointed!
I mean it's a nice looking box and I wanted to save some money and not buy like an Nvidia Shield. This looked good on the surface but I have some issues with it and may return it.- Remote is only IR based, I got spoiled with my FireStick with is BlueTooth for the device and IR for TV controls.- The user manual is useless, I had to search online to find instructions on how to program the remote. Was easy to find but still WTH.- Some apps like Netfilx don't work, and the app appears to be the one for touch screen devices so I need to enable mouse mode, or connect a mouse, or get a new remote that has the touchpad/keyboard combo to navigate. But then again it still does not work LOL.- For my main TV provider there is an option to watch multiple streams at the same time. However the video started to get slow/choppy (not internet related but definitely processor). It stopped and returned to normal as soon as I stopped playing the 2nd video stream. Did not even try a 3rd or 4th, might have blown the box up. This is super surprising to me as it's supposed to have a Arm A53 Cortex. I know the 4K FireStick has a MediaTek MT8695 which is also an A53 and it handles 4 streams with ease over WiFi (this box was hard wired Ethernet).- Other processor concerns was simple navigation in my TiviMate app, scrolling up or down got real choppy and should have been my 1st indication that the processor is either not truly an A53 or a crappy one at that.Overall just not really impressed with it, pretty sure I'm going to return it and spend my money on something better like the Nvidia Shield. The saying does not ALWAYS hold true but it does in some cases..."you get what you pay for". For the prices and performance I'll take a 4K FireStick or I'll level up to Shield.

Underrated
Some of the reviews for this seem unreasonably harsh.First of all, it's FIFTY BUCKS. You're not going to get Deep Blue at that price.I'm using it mostly as a smart home control center. I was able to get all the apps I needed (Nanit, Google Home, Wyze, Smart Life, MyQ) from the Play Store.Netflix as installed works fine. I followed the advice in the description and didn't update.Amazon Prime Video downloaded fine, and actually has a cool PIP feature. It's not perfect. It's a little slow, and I did have one app crash one time. But the bar was set REALLY low by the previous reviews, and this clears that bar by a mile. Also, buy an air mouse. I have one I paid $10 for somewhere a long time ago, it's must have with something like this.

Works well with popular apps
I have a couple of these and use one many times a day. Youtube works very well on it. Some other apps, like Netflix, have more of a mouse-oriented UI and the mouse mode on the control or a wireless mouse may be needed to access some of the menu options. I added a wireless mouse to the box that I use most with Netflix. The menus on some apps like Netflix may go off the sites of the screen - I think there is an option to adjust that. I'm happy with the performance watching streaming videos using this box. I installed custom Android apps for Japanese TV services and they work well.

good product
The box is working really well, the only downside is that to install a regular app is kind of difficult, and it should have in the manual how and which apps are compatible,I tried to download a tv player but it didn't work, I know there is a way but not in the manual, I will have to google it

Great box
Great box! Great memory, plays Plex, Hulu, and Prime with no issues. I don't use Kodi, but MX player works. Remote is trash like the other reviews states, get a wireless mouse and keyboard.

Good box for Kodi
Although I finally got Kodi to work properly, I had to delete the "modified kodi" that was installed and reinstall for it to work properly.
