Amazing how cold these get. Mine tend to last about 60 minutes with the coolness slowly reducing over that time period. This is also under room temperature conditions and with the occasional removing of the pack from skin. I agree with other reviews that each pack is hard to break, even when carefully following instructions. One time a unit popped a small whole at the bottom of the outer pack as I bent it to break the inner pack. Fortunately it was just the one end and I was still able to use it by positioning it where no fluid would leak out. Nevertheless, be mindful of breaking the pack. I assume making the pack easier to break/activate might increase the risk that purchasers would receive packs that had already activated during the tussle of shipping.

My cousin was traveling to Paris with a bad knee and needed to ice her knee at night. These fit nicely in her luggage and worked perfectly to ice her knee.

Love these ice packs great to take with you on the go. No need for a cooler. They are perfect to put in your purse or first aid kit for quick use. They form easily around wrist and ankles while holding it. They have no smell, no mess. Thin but convenient

So this is a great brand and they make quality products. These packs are no different. They are a squeeze and pop, shake and apply type of ice pack. They were perfectly packed and none were burst on arrival. Thick plastic means no leaks. They say don't refreeze them because of frostbite, but I threw a few in the freezer and hit them with a digital thermometer. They were the same temp as all my refreezable type packs, but they remain fully liquid. My only dislike is that they have so much air in them that the cold water only goes with gravity. Imagine placing one on top of your knee while your leg is outstretched = works great! Now imagine placing them behind a shoulder blade while laying down face up. Cold water goes to the bottom of the pack and you have cold air instead of ice cold on your pain site = not so great. Bottom line, these were a lifesaver through a shoulder surgery and I would gladly use them again. Hope this helps you decide to purchase and hope you find relief for your pain!

These are perfect to have. With girls softball season and minor injuries happening its great to have in the first aid kits for emergencies. Anytime we use one from the kit we can replace it!

These are a good price, activate easily, and get pretty cold... but they only last about 5 or 6 min. Good for things like wasp stings and little bruises, but not so great for sports injuries.

Good value for the amount. We needed extras coaching soccer season so this was perfect.

"Up to 30 mins of relief" really just means 5 mins of cold time. Indoors where its only 67°F. Bought these to take camping so i imagine theys be even worse if needed outdoors. Dont waste your money. Have tried multiple pich3s from this 24 pack and they are all garbage.
