Outstanding book! A book that if you "listen" to the words,can touch your mind and soul.I love how Sydney Banks writes in somewhat simple terms that all, if they "listen", can come to understand,we are always just one thought away.

Another wonderful book by Sydney Banks. I have not read this book yet, but if it is like his other books that I have read, It too will be a wonderful addition to my understanding of life.

Made me cry. The concept this conveys is that this little lady was able to touch hearts and create a positive change throughout this group of people simply by being faithful and loving. It's very sweet.

Long time reader of Syd Banks and student of The Principles. I read Dear Liza in the early years and decided to add the book to my personal library. It explains Mind, Thought & Consciousness in simplicity. A great read every time.

I didn’t get up until I had finished the entire story. It’s so beautifully written and filled with truths. I kept welling up with tears and the only time I stopped reading was when I had to collect myself before continuing, or go and find some tissues. The characters in the story are hugely moving. Well worth the purchase! It reminded me of some of the lovely timeless classics that I read when I was younger that leave an indelible mark.

Book by Sydney Banks that helps elaborate on his great revelation that your thought governs how you feel.Meet Liza a street girl in the 19th century. She lives in scarcity with her "sister" who she "adopted" as they were both on the streets.However, there's something special about Liza. She's always positive and joyful. She was taught this by her late mother, whose letters to her she treasures. It is these letters that help make Liza different.This book is not a broad explanation of Syd Banks' revelation/insight. For that see other books by him (search both Syd Banks and Sydney Banks) but it is great for a simple starting point. And it is great for those who can relate to the wonderful 11 year old at the heart of the story.

This is an easy read and brings with it the simple message we all know. Then life gets in the way and we need a reboot every so often. I liked this line particularly. ‘Happy thoughts bring happy days and sad thoughts bring sad days.’

I started reading this book this morning and I simply could not put it down. This has to be my favourite book by this author. It's written as fiction and is so easily accessible and not "heavy" at all. I was left with a huge smile on my face and a really warm and loving feeling inside after reading it. I will be buying copies for others to read also.

Half way through the first chapter I thought here I go again, not going to finish this book. But boy was I wrong. Thus is such a beautiful story. It will appeal to young and old. The message is just beautiful. I challenge you to read this and not cry! Love is the answer. Now, what was the question?
