I bought this to consolidate all my medical supplies in my home. This is perfect for my at home use.The zippers and clips and hooks are metal. Seems like they will hold up for quite some time.The fabric and stitching are on the cheaper side. It also has feet but they also seem like cheap plasticI believe this is perfect for personal use.

I am a CERT volunteer trained in first aid and I wanted to build up a medical bag.of first aid supplies I purchased a smaller one that I did also like but I needed one that was just a little bit bigger there are a few more things I wanted to get for my kit and it just was not going to fit in the smaller bag. Everything fits in this one with some more room.To spare this one is perfect. I like the fact that it has the side compartments that come with a pouch, and the little straps on the inside of the lid are perfect for storing things like scissors, and they are not loose. They are nice and tight and hold everything well, I don’t know how it would hold up For every day use as a paramedic or an EMT but for my needs it’s pretty nice zippers work well not cheap chintzy material straps are good in my opinion and it’s an all together. Good bag and it fits my needs. I would recommend

This fit everything I needed in my vehicle medical kit, plus some extra stuff I included for medical practice supplies.

I love this bag. The only problem I have is the inside organizer. The compartments are adjustable using velcro which is nice to be able to customize but it definitely comes with its cons. The velcro on this organizer are noy very strong. It doesn't take much for them to pull apart and the large compartment ends up in a mess. Having said that, it is a really great deal for the size. Oh, the other problem is that the latches that attach the shoulder strap are cheap and constantly falls off. I had to use tape to wrap around it to ensure it doesn't come off.
