Great pillows
I love a nice thick pillow! These pillows are really comfortable. They support my large head well!

Do not underestimate this pillow.
When this pillow arrived, I was very skeptical. Just didn't look like it was going to work. I followed the directions on getting it fluffed up. I cannot believe how comfortable I sleep. It's amazing, because it is very light and not super fluffy. But, it has really worked for me.

Decent pillow for price
It's a good pillow. This one stays on the couch so we can lay down and watch tv with it in the evenings. It retains its shape fairly well and doesn't weigh a ton. It's above average in my book.

Preferences Vary
MyPillow has literally transformed my sleeping. That said, it's important to know your preferences when ordering. First of all, the fill is composed of foam bits that are around one inch in size, so you'd need to get used to a little soft lumpiness. If you can manage that, you're in for a luxurious night's sleep. Support level is also something to seriously consider. I started off with Medium Firmness, but it was not full enough for my taste, so I returned it. Next, I tried Firm support and it was ideal, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night and wake up rested. My recommendation is: Know your preferences, and give MyPillow a chance.

WOW.
Update (April 2019): I've since switched pillows, for a couple of reasons. First, after few months, I found it harder and harder to get comfortable at night and determined it was the amount of fill in the pillow. There's no zipper on this pillow so the only way to reduce the fill is to cut the stitching, remove some fill and re-stitch. The fill looks like old mattress toppers run through a shredder. Not exactly what you would expect to pay ~$50 for! Anyway, did it and for a while things were better again. Then I started noticing how hot the foam began getting at night. I can't say why I didn't notice this before but it was definitely a problem. I ultimately opted for a new pillow that has a zipper and much higher quality pillow case.TL:DR, YMMV on these guys. I am glad I bought it because it got me to start looking at new pillows and ones with adjustable fill. That said, wouldn't buy another one as I think the quality is really low for the price.Original Review (November 2015): After only several days, I can't speak highly enough about this pillow. I changed from a Sleep Number down pillow that had lost some of its fluff. For the last several months I've been having trouble getting comfortable at night, my neck has been stiff every morning and my jaw has gotten clenched to the point that it was giving me headaches. I thought it was a combination of age, stress and my bed - turns out it was none of them! It took me one night to get used to it, but since then I've been sleeping much better and my neck stiffness is totally gone when I wake up. This morning, as I awoke, I noticed my jaw was noticeably looser such that my teeth weren't clenched at all. I just can't believe it.It's really important to get the right sized pillow for you! After watching the sizing video on Youtube, I bought the "Green" size as it supposedly fits most men. I'm 6'3 but have a pretty narrow frame, and the "Green" pillow had too much fill in it such that my neck couldn't get proper support. I tried the "White" one next and that fit really well. Every night I fluff it completely, then using a sort of sweeping motion I make a nice wide well. I sleep on both my back and occasionally on my side, and this well lets me flip over without having to re-adjust. The pillow doesn't get too hot at night though I thought it might initially. If things change in the coming months I'll be sure to update, but so far, so very very good!

Excellent Pillow - Be Sure to Follow Sizing/Care Instructions for Best Fit
When my residual whiplash injuries had been worsened by the onset of arthritis in my neck this year, I tried to take a holistic approach to managing these symptoms: ergonomics at work, neck exercises, and sleeping posture. I confess I was skeptical of claims of how the MyPillow could help with neck issues--I'm a firm believer in a healthy dose of skepticism. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised.I previously had a memory foam pillow, which was comfortable to lay on, but had a 'one-size-fits-all' loft level. The fill did not adjust to support the particular firmness, pillow elevation, and contours that my head/neck needed. The lack of head support and misaligned neck vertebrae throughout the night meant I'd wake up with pain and decreased range of motion. I researched pillows, and decided to give the MyPillow a try.I figured if I didn't like it, I'd just send it back. No harm, no foul.I'm pleased with how well this pillow has helped my neck pain issues. The multiple-piece foam-fill allows the pillow to 'cradle' and surround my head and neck: both head and neck are supported all around. I don't feel any strain my neck or head from only partial support like I previously had with my memory foam pillow. However, there are two VERY important factors to consider when buying this pillow. 1) it is not one-size-fits-all. If you select the wrong pillow fill/firmness, you will not like it: your head will be too elevated or not enough, and you will have neck discomfort. 2) if you don't follow the pre-use instructions to place the pillow in the dryer for 15 minutes, the foam will not expand to designed capacity, and the pillow won't have the right loft/support. I believe most of the negative criticisms of this pillow are based on wrong sizing and ignoring pre-use care instructions.I highly recommend the MyPillow--just be SURE to follow the sizing instructions (and subtract a level if you like your pillows softer) and put it in the dryer first.

Not as well made as before
My husband likes this pillow. I think it’s a little lumpy. This pillow replaced his previous My Pillow. This one was not as fluffy as the one he had before (yes, we put it in the dryer). It seems like it’s missing some of the filling. He doesn’t like it as much as his old My Pillow.
