Heavy duty, easy to attach sign with holes the entire length of pole. Needed 2 so there was extra height, just bolted them together.Used a post hole pounder to secure in groundLocal hardware & home supply stores only stock fence posts, which are not the same.

Heavy duty signpost.
The post is very sturdy and tall. My husband felt that 8ft was a bit too tall. Then I checked out how to install and you hammer it in the ground 18 inches. You do this by means of standing on the back of your truck if you have one and you have a friend help you. I am 5' 1 so I would need to have help hammering it in the ground. Worth what I paid. Did not pay a real lot for this post. It is now up and looks very nice.
