The Rolfing Experience: Integration in the Gravity Field

Excellent, it makes me more excited about my upcoming Rolfing sessions.

This book provides an excellent overview of Rolfing, or structural integration of human body. What I like about the book is the passion in the writing. It is a supposedly scientific subject, but it has been written to be understandable by an average reader, yet it has been packed with tons of details and ideas.

Really gives you the sense of where the Rolfing/Structural Integration work came from and the genius behind it.
